What needs to happen for this to succeed

So since this is the very beginning of what is hopefully a very successful iteration of this forum finally, I'm putting this out there and letting everyone know what needs to happen for people to want to come here: Stop being dicks. I totally appreciate sarcasm and whatnot, but a lot of the members are just straight dicks. If you get annoyed by me saying this, then you are the ones that need to work on it. I hope everyone can realize what I am saying here.

Thats ridiculous. That dude hadn't done shit for that site in forever and comes back because he wasn't making money off of other people's effort. F' him. I'm done on there as well then.

yes, ad me to the list of people that put way to much effort into something just to get shit on. Yeah, he provided no explanation as to why he decided to suddenly make changes. That shit really grinds my gears. Also, I second TJB's OP.

You guys all do know this is a summer project? We will only keep going if this is successful.

well then lets make it successful. The first thing that is going to get us there, is blunt honesty. The second thing, is leave all the BS at home. Which is a little vague, but a necessity. And as a matter of fact, I had no idea what the length of time you'd be investing into the site. ;-)
