when signing up on forum

Hello There

I putting a suggestion here on the forum

here it is

when signing up you should make it so the user has to

fill in the details

Gender: male or female
Birthday date (so you know when there birthday is)
Location: of where they are


I suggest add this so you get the info and it makes it better



I recommed enabling these to do it go to


admin panel > Users and groups > Profiles

then go to



Birthday
Location
Gender

on each of them click the gear symbol to edit the field

then go to Necessarily filled ? and select yes


then hit save

then when users come and sign up on the forum

they will put in the required stuff to join




then you will know the following on the forum

weather they are male or female

there birthday so you can celebrate their birthday on the forum

and location of where they live



It only a suggestion to do it needs to be done other wise users will have blanks in there profiles'

enableing quick reply on the forum would be good
